Prices and payment

Prices in Swiss francs, VAT not applicable (non-registered activity). Online payment by TWINT or card (Stripe) when available, otherwise on pickup or on invoice.

Delivery and pickup

Pickup by appointment. Indicative lead time: 6 business days.

Returns

Non-customised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition; return shipping is at your expense. Made-to-order pieces are not taken back.

Warranty and disputes

Statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Swiss law, jurisdiction at the seller's domicile.
